LOCATION
The room is located on Hoendiep, in an ideal location near the city centre. You can reach the city centre within five minutes by bicycle. There is a supermarket around the corner within walking distance and a bus stop directly opposite the house. The Zernike campus can be reached in fifteen minutes by bicycle.

The room is located on the ground floor.

SURFACE AREA
The room has a surface area of approximately 17 m2.

LAYOUT
This is a spacious room located on the corner of the building, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. The room has enough space for a bed, a table and possibly a sofa. The room also has large built-in cupboards where you can store your belongings. There is also an old-fashioned fireplace.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, garden and toilet with one housemate. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, sink with tap and a built-in refrigerator with freezer. There is a small shed in the garden with extra storage space.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €599.86 per month. The costs for gas, water and electricity are arranged between you.
The deposit is twice the basic rent.

RENT ALLOWANCE
It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for this accommodation.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The room is available immediately for a minimum rental period of 12 months.

CANDIDATE
We are looking for neat, student candidates. A guarantee is required.
