Of course we keep abreast of the latest laws and regulations and we work with an advanced real estate system especially for management matters. Because every landlord is different, you can indicate yourself which matters you would like us to take care of. The management percentage is adjusted accordingly, you only pay the percentage on the rent (+service and other costs) that we have actually collected for you.
