The room is located at Akerkhof and has a view of the Vismarkt. The supermarket is opposite the property, and several terraces and nightlife venues are within walking distance. Furthermore, it’s about a 5-minute bike ride to the main train station and approximately 10 minutes to the Zernike Campus.

SITUATION
The room is located on the first floor at the front of the building.

SIZE
The room has an area of approximately 8 m².

LAYOUT
This is a lovely room with large windows that allow a lot of natural daylight. The room has a built-in loft bed, which helps save space. Additionally, there is enough room for a wardrobe, a sofa, and/or a table. The property also has a kitchen and a bathroom that have been recently renovated. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with two other housemates.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €373.54. There is an additional €20 for service costs, bringing the total rent to €393.54. Utility costs are arranged among the housemates.
The deposit equals one month’s rent.

RENT ALLOWANCE
It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for this property.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The property is available from December 1st for a minimum period of 12 months, with an option to extend indefinitely after that.
