The accommodation is located on Briljantstraat, a quiet neighbourhood close to the Zernike Campus. Within a few minutes by bike you’ll reach the Vinkhuizen shopping centre. Noorderplantsoen is about a 10-minute bike ride, and Central Station about 15 minutes by bike.

The room is located on the ground floor at the front.

The room has an approximate surface area of 15 m².

LAYOUT
The room has space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and optionally a seating area. The bathroom is on the first floor and is shared with five others. The shared kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. There is also a front and back garden with a storage shed, which you also share with five others.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €501.28. Service charges are €30. Utilities must be arranged jointly with the housemates. This brings the total rent to €531.28. The deposit equals one month’s rent.

RENT ALLOWANCE
It is not possible to apply for housing allowance for this property.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
Available from 1 October for a minimum of 12 months, with extension hereafter.
