AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The maximum rental period is 12 months. The rental agreement can be terminated with due observance of one calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes, a monthly advance payment will be charged of 150 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. This will be returned when the accommodation is delivered back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

RENT REDUCTION
The accommodation does not meet the requirements for applying for rent allowance.
