AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is then automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can then terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance is 130 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one gross month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

This room is located in the cozy neighborhood of Assendorp. The station can be reached in less than 5 minutes by bike, as well as the bustling city center. Also in Assendorp itself there is plenty of shopping opportunity. The Assendorperstraat can be reached with a minute's bike ride, there is also a supermarket to be found just steps away. The room in question is situated on the second floor at the back of the building. There are several rooms in this student house, namely 4 of them. The room has its own sink and a spacious storage room. There is also an outdoor space available. The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with the co-occupants.
