AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the rental contract continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include service costs for the common areas. These costs amount to 40 euros per month.
The costs for gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes are exclusive. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.
