The room is located on the first floor at the front.

LAYOUT
This is a nice room with beautiful large windows that allow a lot of natural daylight to enter. The room has a built-in loft bed, allowing you to save a lot of space. In addition, the room has enough space for a wardrobe, a sofa and/or a table. There are also a kitchen and a bathroom in the flat, which have been recently renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with two flatmates.

RENTAL PRICE & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €175,-. Service costs of €20 are added to this, making a total rent of €195. The utilities are mutually arranged.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The property is available from 1 August for a minimum period of 12 months with an indefinite extension hereafter.
Please note: there is a campus contract applicable for this residence which means that you have to leave the residence at the end of your studies.
