RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include an advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance payment amounts to 66 euro. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.
