The room is located on the second floor at the rear.

The room has an area of approximately 11 m2.

LAYOUT
Upon entering you arrive in the central hall. Here is access to the bathroom which has a shower and a toilet. also here is access to a garden which can be used. On the second floor you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped and here is also the room. The room looks spacious by the light and there is enough space for a bed, a desk and possibly a sofa. Also, the room has its own sink. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with four roommates.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent of the room is €295,- and the service costs are €120,-. This makes a total rent of €415,-. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for this property.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The property is available from 1 July for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension for an indefinite period.
