By arranging it efficiently you could also put a folding dining table here. Continuing our way we come to the bedroom. The bedroom is large enough for 2 small side tables and is spacious enough to accommodate a double bed. Right next to the bedroom is the toilet and bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a sink.

LOCATION
The Oudegracht has for years been the canal where Utrecht is very well known, various restaurants, specialty stores, pubs, gyms and much more are just steps away from the living space. Hoog Catharijne is a 2-minute bike ride away from the property.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability of this property can be found at the top of this page. It is a year contract, after this year the contract continues monthly and is therefore also terminable monthly. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
The basic rent is 790 euros per month, plus the service costs for gas/water/electricity which amount to 100 euros. The rent is exclusive of municipal taxes.
The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.
