AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is then automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can then terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding the advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance is 120 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. This will be returned when the accommodation is delivered back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This room is located in a terraced house consisting of a ground, first and second floor. The room in question is situated on the second floor at the rear of the property and is approximately 17 m2 in size. In the neighborhood where the property is located are plenty of shopping opportunities, including a supermarket and drugstore. You can also go out to the center of Zwolle located just 5 minutes by bike, as well as the central station.

The room has fitted wardrobes and a separate area which can be used as a sleeping area. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the four other female roommates.
