AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the rental contract continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include an advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance payment amounts to €115,00 euro, for the other costs you pay €20,00 per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned the moment the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

This studio can be found in the Assendorp neighbourhood. Assendorp is a neighbourhood close to Zwolle city centre and the stadium. From the property, the city and the station can be reached within 2 minutes by bike. A Jumbo supermarket is a few minutes' walk away and to top it all off, the Ter Pelwijkpark and Wezenlandenpark are nearby.
The studio in question of about 48 square metres is situated on the first floor at the rear of the property. It features its own kitchen. The toilet & bathroom is shared with the three co-tenants.
