STUDENT STUDIO IN NEW CONDITION KAMPPOORT ZWOLLE FOR RENT

SITUATION
This studio is located in the Hoogstraat on the ground floor in the studio complex 'De Fabriek'. The property was newly completed a few years ago and for that reason the house is in top condition.

SERVICES
The studio has its own kitchen and separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which are shared with the inmates. The costs for using this are €3.80 each time. There is no connection for a washing machine in the studio.

The studio is furnished with a modern PVC floor and window coverings. There is a bicycle shed in the basement and a parking space can be rented, if available.

LOCATION
Kamperpoort is a working-class neighborhood in Zwolle that has been renovated considerably in recent years. There is a lot of new construction and there will be a new sushi restaurant soon! The bustling city centre, the summer city beach and the Pathé cinema can be reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes. The central station is about 5 minutes by bike.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite term at the start. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include the advance payment for gas, water and electricity for the studio, for which a contract can be concluded with an energy supplier. TV, internet and municipal taxes are for the account of the tenant. The service costs for the common areas include counting 50 euros per month.

The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned the moment the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

RENT ALLOWANCE
The house meets the conditions for applying for housing benefit. There are private facilities such as bathroom, toilet, cooking facilities behind a closed door and a basic rent below the housing benefit limit for candidates aged 23 and older.

Check on the site of the Tax Authorities whether you yourself meet the conditions to be allowed to apply for housing benefit. This depends on your age, income and assets.

CANDIDATE
For this studio we are looking for a single household. Only students who are registered with an educational institution are eligible for this accommodation, as it is rented out under a so-called campus contract.
