SITUATION
This studio is located on Hoogstraat on the first floor in the studio complex 'De Fabriek'. The property was newly completed several years ago and for that reason the property is in top condition.

FEATURES
The studio has its own kitchen and separate bathroom with shower toilet and washbasin. There is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which are shared with the co-tenants. The cost for using this is €3.80 per time. There is no connection for a washing machine in the studio.

The studio is unfurnished with a modern PVC floor and window coverings. There is a bicycle shed in the basement and a parking space can be rented in addition if there is one available.

LOCATION
Kamperpoort is a working-class neighbourhood in Zwolle that has been considerably refurbished in recent years. The bustling city centre, the summery city beach and Pathé cinema are within a few minutes' walking or cycling distance. Central station is about 5 minutes by bike.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite term at the start. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
The rent does not include the advance payment for gas, water and electricity for the studio, this can be contracted with an energy supplier yourself. TV, internet and municipal taxes are at the tenant's expense. The service costs for the common areas are exclusive and count 50 euros per month.

The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the living space is handed back to the landlord in minimal the same condition.

RENTAL RATE
The property meets the conditions for applying for rent allowance. There are private facilities such as bathroom, toilet, cooking facilities behind a closed door and a bare rent below the rent allowance limit for applicants aged 23 and above.

Check on the site of the Tax Administration whether you meet the conditions to apply for rent allowance yourself. This depends on your age, income and assets.

CANDIDATE
For this studio, we are looking for a one-person household. Only students enrolled at an educational institution are eligible for this accommodation, as it is rented out under a so-called campus contract.
