The minimum rental period is 12 months. The lease is automatically renewed for an indefinite period. You can terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT

The room in question is situated on the second floor at the rear of the property. The room has its own kitchen, which can be found next to the living/sleeping area. The shower and toilet are shared with the co-occupants.
