AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. After this you can terminate the rent with due observance of 1 calendar month.

It is a 3-minute bike ride from the supermarket, also the city centre can be reached within a few minutes' walk, as well as Pathé cinema. The train station can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. The room in question can be found on the second floor at the back of the property. The room has its own shower, toilet and sink which can be found in a separate bathroom. The kitchen and outdoor area are shared with 3 other housemates.
