AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability of the accommodation can be found at the top of this page. The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include the advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance payment amounts to 170 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

The room is located in a property just over 5 minutes by bike from the city and railway station. There is a bus stop located a minute's walk away, also a supermarket is located a few minutes away. A little further away is the Diezerpoort shopping centre where various shops can be found. The room in question is situated on the first floor and a separate bedroom is located on the second floor. The room features 2 built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, shower, toilet and roof terrace are shared with co-tenants. There is also an outdoor area which is also shared with the co-residents.
