RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The advance payment is 175 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.
