AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding an advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance is €126,00 euro, for the other costs you pay €20,00 per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.
