AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite duration at the beginning. However, during the rental period you must be enrolled at an educational institution. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. You can sign a contract with an energy supplier yourself. TV, internet and municipal taxes are paid by the tenant. Service charges for the common areas are included and count 50 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. This will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This studio is located on the Hoogstraat on the first floor in the studio complex 'The Factory'. The property was newly completed several years ago making it in top condition. The studio in question has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a common laundry room with a washer and dryer, which are shared with the other tenants. The cost for this is €3.80 per time. There is no connection for a washing machine in the studio. The studio is unfurnished with modern PVC flooring and window coverings. There is also a bicycle shed in the basement, and a parking space can also be rented. The Hoogstraat is located in the Kamperpoort district. This is a working-class neighborhood of Zwolle, which has been considerably renovated in recent years. The inner city can be reached within a few minutes by bike or on foot. The train station is about 5 minutes by bike.
