RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT

This room is located in a halfway house consisting of a ground, first and second floor. This house is located in the middle of Assendorp, opposite a supermarket and within walking distance of other stores. The station can be reached with 5 minutes cycling, as well as the city center of Zwolle.

The room in question is situated on the second floor and is approximately 22m2. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the co-occupants.
