The house is located on the Assendorperstraat in Zwolle. Various supermarkets and specialty shops are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Zwolle and the station are a 5-minute bike ride away.

The house is situated on the first floor. At the rear of the property there is a further storage room and a parking space.

The living space is accessible from the rear of the building via a staircase.
