For relaxation and greenery, the Noorderplantsoen is just around the corner. Various sports facilities, public transport and main roads are also easily accessible. Groningen Central Station can easily be reached by bicycle.

From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the water of the Noorderhaven and the Martinitoren, giving this accommodation a special character.
The kitchen is equipped with various appliances and features a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, combination oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and sink. There is also sufficient worktop and storage space.
The spacious bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment. It is fully furnished and includes, among other things, a double bed and wardrobe, making the room ready for immediate use.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
