AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability date can be found at the top of this page. The minimum rental period is 12 months. After this period, the tenancy agreement will automatically continue for an indefinite period. You may then terminate the lease by giving one calendar month's notice.
RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
The rent excludes an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet, waste and citytax. This advance amounts to €344 per month. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent including utilities and service costs. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as it was at the start of the tenancy.
HOUSING ALLOWANCE
This property meets the requirements for applying for Dutch housing allowance (huurtoeslag). Whether you are eligible depends on factors such as your age, income, and assets. Please check the website of the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) for more information.
TENANT
We are looking for a reliable single occupant with sufficient income or a couple. A guarantor is considered a plus.
PARKINGSPACE
There is an option to rent a private parking space next to the property. The cost for this is 150 euros per month.

Ja, bezichtigingen kunnen in overleg ook na 17:00 uur plaatsvinden. Een makelaar van Maxx is altijd aanwezig bij de bezichtiging.
Je betaalt de huur voorafgaand aan de huurperiode. Dit kan via een periodieke overboeking of automatische incasso.
