The acceptance date can be found at the top of the website. The minimum rental period is 12 months. From then on you can terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.
RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding the advance payment for gas, water and electricity. This advance is 225 euros per month. This does not include other costs for municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is delivered back to the landlord in at least the same condition.
