The apartment is located only 500 meters from the Grote Markt in Groningen. The central station is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Main roads and public transport connections are easily accessible.

The apartment is situated on the souterrain and bel-etage levels.

This apartment is located at a unique spot on the Tweede Drift Spilsluizen, directly opposite the water.
The front door is slightly below street level and provides access to the souterrain.
Upon entering, you step into the hallway. On the left-hand side there is a door leading to a storage room, which could also be used for bicycle storage. A separate toilet is also located in the hallway.
The kitchen-diner is situated in the souterrain and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, extractor hood, sink, and ample storage and worktop space. From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious enough for a wardrobe, desk, and a double bed. The second bedroom is slightly smaller but still offers enough space for a bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is also located on the bel-etage and can be accessed via the bedroom. It is equipped with a bath/shower combination, washbasin, mirror, toilet, and a washing machine connection.
RENT & DEPOSIT
The rent is €1,111.16 per month, excluding utilities.
Service costs amount to €50 per month.
Gas, water, and electricity must be arranged by the tenant.
The security deposit equals one month’s rent.
HOUSING ALLOWANCE
Depending on your personal situation, it may be possible to apply for housing allowance from 2026 onwards. Please check the requirements on the Dutch tax authority’s website.
AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
