AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The living space is available from April 1, 2021, possibly earlier in consultation. The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the lease continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent includes gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the lessor in at least the same condition.
