AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The living space is available from February 1st, 2022. The minimum rental period is at least 12 months.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent includes gas, water, electricity and local taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned the moment the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.
