The rent is excluding an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, service costs, and municipal charges. The monthly advance payment is €195.00. The security deposit equals one month’s gross rent. The deposit will be refunded once the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.

For this room, we are looking for a student tenant. A guarantor is preferred.

The room is located on the first floor at the rear of the building and features its own washbasin. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with the other residents. The city centre is within walking distance, and the train station can be reached within 5 minutes by bike.
