AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period is yet to be determined. You may terminate the lease with one full calendar month’s notice.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity, and municipal charges. The monthly advance payment for these is €180. The security deposit equals one month’s gross rent. The deposit will be refunded once the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.

RENT ALLOWANCE
This accommodation does not meet the requirements for rent allowance.

CANDIDATE
For this room, we are looking for a student tenant. A guarantor is preferred.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
This room is located in the lively Diezerpoort neighbourhood. The street has various specialty shops, and there is a shopping centre around the corner with, among other things, a supermarket and drugstore. The city centre and the train station can both be reached within just a few minutes.

The room is situated on the second floor at the rear of the building. It features a private washbasin and French doors. The bathroom, kitchen, and toilet are shared with the other residents. There is also an outdoor space adjacent to the kitchen.
