On the second floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. All facilities are shared with three other tenants.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
The base rent for the room is €598.65. Utilities are estimated at €115 per month, making a total monthly rent of €713.65. The security deposit equals one month’s rent.
