The house is in the middle of assendorp, also it is 2 minutes by bike from the supermarket and 5 minutes from the city.

RENTAL PERIOD
The house has a maximum rental period of 24 months which can be terminated 1 month in advance.

RENT AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas, water, electricity and excluding municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

RENT ASSISTANCE
