AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The rental contract has an indefinite duration at the start as long as you are a student. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include gas, water and electricity. You can sign a contract with an energy and water supplier yourself. TV, internet and municipal taxes are also at the tenant's expense. Service costs for the common areas are included and count 50 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

RENT ALLOWANCE
This accommodation meets the requirements to apply for rent allowance. There are private facilities such as bathroom, toilet and cooking facilities behind a closed door and a bare rent below the rent allowance limit for applicants aged 23 and older. Check on the site of the Inland Revenue whether you meet the conditions to apply for rent allowance yourself. This depends on your age, income and assets.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This studio is located in Hoogstraat on the second floor in the studio complex ''The Factory''. The property was newly completed several years ago and for that reason the property is in top condition. The property is located in the Kamperpoort district, a Zwolse working-class neighbourhood that has undergone major refurbishment in recent years. The bustling city centre, the summery city beach and Pathé cinema can be reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes. Also, the station is about 5 minutes by bike. The studio in question has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which are shared with the co-tenants. The cost for using these is €3.80 per time. There is no connection for the washing machine in the studio itself. The studio is unfurnished with modern PVC flooring and window coverings. There is a bicycle shed in the basement.
