Only the toilet is shared with four inmates, each occupant has their own kitchen and shower in the living space.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €375,-. The advance payment of G/W/E is €150,- which makes a total rent of €525,- The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

AVAILABILITY & LEASE TERM.
The living space is available as of May 1, 2024. The rental period is up to 12 months with the possibility of indefinite renewal thereafter. The notice period is one full calendar month.

CANDIDATE
For the property we are looking for neat candidates. This can be working and/or studying. If working, a permanent contract is requested. If this is not the case, a guarantee is requested for working and studying people.
