AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. After this the contract will automatically be extended for an indefinite period, you can then terminate the rent taking into account 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding gas water and electricity, an advance of €205,00 per month is charged. The rent is also excluding municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. This will be returned when the accommodation is delivered back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The studio is located in a complex with 82 apartments. These were renovated several years ago and the beautiful complex has a large roof terrace, with beautiful views of downtown Zwolle. The studio is located on the fourth floor and is approximately 24m2.

The apartment is unfurnished and equipped with a PVC floor and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor hood and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet underneath and a hanging toilet. Both the kitchen and bathroom have a modern look.

In the complex are common laundry rooms with washer and dryer. You have to pay approximately €3.80 per wash or dry with a laundry pass. An advantage of this is that no washing machine or dryer needs to be purchased.

There is also a bicycle shed in the basement and a parking space can be rented behind the building.
