AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
Initially, a rental period of 8 months is entered into, after which, in case of good tenancy, the rental contract will be extended. You can terminate the lease subject to 1 calendar month's notice.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price does not include the advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance payment amounts to 80 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. It will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

The room in question can be found in a property five minutes by bike from the city and railway station. A Boni and Jumbo supermarket are located a few minutes away. In the cosy Assendorperstraat you can also find several shops. In the house, the room is situated on the first floor at the front of the property, which offers a nice view of the Assendorperstraat.

The room has large windows so there is plenty of light. The room also has its own sink and central heating. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other residents. Both men and women live in this property.
