The minimum rental period is 12 months after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT

The city and the train station are also within 5 minutes by bike. The room is situated on the second floor of the building and has its own sink and two built-in closets. The shower, toilet and kitchen are shared with the three co-occupants.
