AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability of the accommodation is shown at the top of this page. The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can terminate the rent with observance of 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is exclusive of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The rent is also exclusive of service costs, which amount to 40 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.
