RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price is at the top of the page and excludes the advance payment for gas, water and electricity for the studio. We charge €230 for this. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. There will also be a €25,00 deposit for the access tags. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is delivered in minimal the same condition as when you leave.
