AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can terminate the rent with observance of 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent does not include the advance payment for gas, water and electricity for the studio, for this you can make your own contract with an energy supplier.
