AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is then automatically extended indefinitely. You can terminate the rent with due observance of 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent is excluding the advance payment of gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. This advance payment amounts to 150 euros. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. This will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This studio is located in the district Wipstrik. The Wipstrik is a neighborhood close to downtown Zwolle, the Park Wezenlanden and the stadium. From here, the train station can be reached in just over 5 minutes by bike and schools such as the Deltion and Windesheim are 10 minutes away by bike.

The studio in question of approximately 19 square meters is situated on the second floor at the rear of the building. It has its own kitchen, shower and roof terrace. The toilet is shared with the three co-tenants.
