AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The availability of the accommodation can be found at the top of this page. The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is automatically extended for an indefinite period. You can cancel the rent with due observance of 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rent does not include gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The advance payment for this amounts to 160 euros per month. The deposit is equal to one month's gross rent. The deposit will be returned when the property is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.

This living space is located in the residential area Veerallee. This means you are close to the center, the station, the supermarket and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, which can all be quickly approached within a few minutes by bike.
In this nice student building there are several rooms, namely 15 units. This room is located on the second floor at the rear of the building and is almost 16 m2 in total. This room has its own kitchen. You share the bathrooms, toilet and garden with the other inmates.
