The house is located on the Assendorperstraat in Zwolle. Various supermarkets and specialty shops are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Zwolle and the station are a 5-minute bike ride away.

SITUATION
The house is situated on the ground floor. At the rear of the property there is a further storage room and a parking space.

LAYOUT
The living space can be reached through both the front and back doors. Upon entering, you are the first to enter the hall. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet can be reached via the hall.
